Do I need an engineer for my renovation project?

There is a high likelihood that you do need an engineer for a renovation, extension or loft conversion.  Any project that requires the removal of internal walls, creating of new walls or groundworks will need the support of an engineer to ensure that the existing and new structural elements of your property are sufficient by design.

An engineer can have an impact on the cost of your project too. A good engineer will consider cost efficiency as a factor in the suitability of a structural design.

A massive part of a projects success rests on the appointment of a diligent and effective engineer, we would like to thank Vesta Structures for the support they provide us and our clients on our projects. Charlie and Kanna are very efficient and the support they provide to our site teams is a vital part of our ability to deliver for our clients. Vesta Structures have now completed projects with us in Golders Green, Harlesden, St Albans, Barnet and Clapton.
