This particular client was looking for exactly that – to add 2 new spaces to their terraced house in Hackney whilst maximising the space gained from their investment.

After following our detailed consultation and proposal process, our client took the leap into a bespoke extension for their house in Fletching Road, Hackney.

As with all of our extension projects, we provided end-to-end management of the entire process, ensuring consistency with the client brief, and continuity of works throughout. We managed the planning, design, build and finish to produce an exceptional result.

The entire build took around 3 months, even with a tricky requirement to navigate: it was requested that external tiles should not be cut in any way.

This required careful planning and management to ensure that new window openings were fitted without intersecting any existing tiles.

Drawing upon our years of expertise we were able to carefully navigate this issue with no major impact on the project timeline.

The addition of both a new bedroom and office has not only made the house more practical for the client, but has also significantly increased the value of the property.

Our client was pleased with how accurately and efficiently we managed the project from start to finish. Their new extension has improved their quality of life.
