Steven has worked on over 300 residential projects and is a Level 7 Senior Construction Manager. He has developed relationships with architects and developers and oversees all projects from proposals to contract phases. Steven is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Building and an Associate Member of the Association of Chartered Building Engineers.
Tani Seferi
Project Coordinator
Tani has 10 plus years experience as a site manager on residential projects across London. Tani is responsible for ensuring workmanship is of the highest standard whilst supporting clients and architects to accurately construct the agreed design.
Technical Director
Jack has over 9 years of experience working in a structural engineering practice in London. Jack’s primary responsibility is to ensure that the site team and all trades are carrying out installations correctly whilst also managing the day to day running of the projects. Jack has a Level 6 NVQ in Senior Construction Management.
